Training - the Key to Excellence

The key to our success is the initial intensive training programme. Time taken is dependent on achieving a minimum level of expertise but typically 3 months residential training at our custom built facility will enable a technician to carry out repairs beyond our customers expectations. With some of our competitors offering just a few days training and a video (in our view pitifully inadequate and an invitation to failure!) it is without doubt the best available in the industry.

Our training covers the following key areas:

Introduction to panel restoration
The use and introduction of the Dent Devils System
Practice of techniques and skills in a controlled environment
How to gain access to panels i.e. trim removal and access points
Restricted access repairs
Severe damage repairs
Live work situations

Without total dedication, commitment and self-discipline our potential technicians would not attain the extraordinarily high skill levels we insist on. In addition to learning and practicing the skills and techniques for up to 10 hours a day, they are also required to practice various assignments at weekends!

The key to any successful organisation is the quality of its personnel. That is why we positively vet all applications to be sure that all trainees will be able to maintain the high standards with which Dent Devils has become synonymous.

A high level of hand/eye coordination
Strong personnel skills
Total commitment to customer care and quality

Because we are far more concerned in attracting the best to our network, rather than just those who have the largest bank balance, we offer a highly subsidised Franchise package to successful applicants. This ensures that every technician is given the ongoing backup and support essential for them to be the best - and be rewarded as such.
